WEST PALM BEACH, Florida – Lyle B. Masnikoff and Associates, P.A. participated in Palm Beach County Bar Association’s annual Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Conference on May 23, 2023. Founded by Lyle B. Masnikoff, the firm recognizes various opportunities within the legal industry, and specifically, the workers’ compensation field, for continuing education that allows them to stay up to date on the latest trends and changes in the law and brainstorm strategies with other practitioners, mediators, and judges.
The Masnikoff attorneys are active members of the Workers’ Compensation CLE Committee, which annually presents a continuing education clinic where attorneys, mediators, and judges come together to discuss various topics affecting workers’ compensation. This year’s conference covered the following topics:
- Protecting client files from hacking
- Attorney fees
- Effective tools for mediation
- A case law update
Participants then engaged in a question-and-answer session with five sitting judges from various jurisdictions.

Additionally, this annual conference allows us to stay in close contact with sitting judges within the community in an educational setting.
