Training

Training should be given in order to teach the workers how to complete the work correctly and safely. The workers should be well equipped with the knowledge of safety procedures.

Supervision

The supervisors should keep a vigilant eye on the tasks performed by all the workers and give instant feedback on whether they are meeting the safety guidelines or not and should provide for on the spot corrective measures.
