Some of our clients are concerned that they might have to go to court, or they might have to go in front of a judge; and although that is a possibility, it’s very slim and very rare. About 99% of the workers’ comp cases settle, or the issues resolved long before they go in front of the judge. However, there are—that very small percentage—that we can’t reach an agreement on the issue, or we can’t reach an agreement for the amount that’s owed, and so that we have no choice but to go in front of the judge. And we have a very high success rate when we do go in front of the judge; but I don’t want people to worry that they’re going to have to go to court, or it’s going to—they’re going to go on trial like what they see on TV, because that’s not what workers’ comp normally does. And we will have many discussions about whether trial or going in front of a judge is necessary, but I would say 99% of our clients never see the courtroom, have never met the judge, and probably never going to have to meet the judge. So, I wouldn’t really worry about that, because it’s a very small percentage; but in case your case needs to go in front of the judge, we are more than prepared to do that.
